Questions Institutions Usually Ask
Are these subscription or one-time licenses?
These are permanent (perpetual) licenses. You pay a one-time fee and own the rights to use the purchased software version forever. Maintenance renewal terms depend on the specific offer.
How quickly do we receive the license keys?
Electronic delivery, immediate upon processing. For online orders, keys are sent instantly. For Purchase Orders, keys are typically issued on the same business day the PO is approved.
Can we start with a trial before purchasing?
Yes. A 45-day enterprise trial is available. Contact our sales team to discuss trial options for your institution.
Does the K-12 promotion apply to multiple buildings?
The K-12 promotion covers one school building per license. Contact sales for multi-building or district-wide pricing.
